About This Course
The level 7 Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Crisis Management is a qualification for aspiring strategic leaders within the logistics and supply chain sector. In particular this course looks to equip leaders with the tools necessary to build strategic resilience into their supply chains, in a blend of historic models and modern-day techniques.

Entry Requirements
- A minimum of a Level 6 qualification in a related sector or;
- Bachelor’s degree or;
- A minimum of 3 years’ managerial work experience which demonstrates current and relevant industry knowledge.
Proved Centres are responsible for reviewing and making decisions as to the applicant’s ability to complete the learning programme successfully and meet the demands of the qualification. The initial
assessment by the centre, will need to consider the support that is readily available or can be made available to meet individual learner needs as appropriate.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a method of assessment (leading to the award of credit) that considers whether learners can demonstrate that they can meet the assessment requirements for a unit.

Diploma in Cyber Security is a Level 7 Qualification made up of 6 units equating to 120 credits. All units are 20 credits in value. Each 20-credit unit approximates to a TQT of 200 hours incorporating 120 hours of GLH. 120 credits equate to 1200 hours of TQT.

Course Details
The aim of this unit is to enable learners to identify, co-ordinate and implement the activities and processes required for the creation of logistics and supply chain strategies. At the end of the unit, learners will understand how to provide superior business performance, with an emphasis on developing resilience and recovery mechanisms for organisations.
System views are the methodologies used to deliver the greatest risk mitigation within the modern-day globalised supply chain. Within this unit, learners will have the opportunity to investigate how to engineer systems views alongside related theories and practices.
The aim of this unit is to provide future business managers with an introduction to risk and resilience, with reference to sector specific examples. It will enable learners to understand the workings of holistic supply chains and the required managerial decisions that support risk mitigation strategies and resilience planning.
The aim of this unit is to provide the opportunity for learners to evaluate the underlying concepts of ethical considerations and social capital in contemporary global supply chains. Learners will also engage with of a range of different case studies and strategies related to risk and resilience with ethical and social considerations
The purpose of this unit is to provide a critical discussion and reflection of the contemporary and emerging issues around the management of operations during and post climate change, natural disaster and pandemic type events. Learners will have the opportunity to evaluate related theories and techniques against local and global challenges in multi-stakeholder, geographically dispersed and extended supply chain operations.

QUALIFI Level 5 Advanced Diploma Cyber Security is pass/fail.
Pass mark is 40% for each unit.
QUALIFI Level 3 Diploma in Cyber Security Management and Operations is pass/fail.
Pass mark is 40% fo reach unit.
Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications are graded:
Fail – 0-39%
Pass – 40%-59%
Merit – 60% – 69%
Distinction 70%+
Learners’ assessments will be marked internally by the approved centre and will be subject to external moderation by QUALIFI prior to certification.

Summative assessment is used to evaluate learner competence and progression at the end of a unit or component. Summative assessment should take place when the assessor deems that the learner is at a stage where competence can be demonstrated.
Formative assessment is an integral part of the assessment process, involving both the tutor/assessor and the learner about their progress during the course of study. Formative assessment takes place prior to summative assessment and focuses on helping the learner to reflect on their learning and improve their performance and does not confirm achievement of grades at this stage
External Quality Assurance Arrangements
All centres are required to complete an approval process to be recognised as an approved
centre. Centres must have the ability to support learners. Centres must commit to working with QUALIFI and its team of External Quality Assurers (EQAs). Approved centres are required to have in place qualified and experienced tutors and all tutors are required to undertake regular continued professional development (CPD). Approved centres will be monitored by QUALIFI External Quality Assurers (EQAs) to ensure compliance with QUALIFI requirements and to ensure that learners are provided with appropriate learning opportunities, guidance and formative assessment. QUALIFI’s guidance relating to invigilation, preventing plagiarism and collusion will apply to
centres.
